Do Women Make Better Bosses?

While I’m sure that we all have our own opinions, a recent blog from The New York Times: the Running Debate gives a broad perspective on the management skills that women bring to the office and use to augment the work environment. As women continue to infiltrate the male-dominated upper echelon, there will be more challenges for women to expand their arsenal of management skills, rather than to adopt the existing set as it stands.
